Designed with the serious baking enthusiast in mind, our Professional Program in Bakery & Pastry Production is a balanced and technique-driven course that covers the essentials in an interactive manner. Receive hands-on training at our world class training kitchen and gain the necessary technique-knowledge, skills and the confidence to create your own outstanding baking and pastry products.

Our Basic Pastry & Bakery Course is designed to give you a strong foundation on which to build your pastry skills and knowledge. As you progress, you will learn how to prepare a wide selection of desserts and Pastry through a combination of practical sessions and demonstrations.

This exciting, full-time course introduces the various concepts, properties and applications of Pastry & Bakery which are essential for working in the industry.

Yes Institute Course Delivery

A Full-Time Intensive Three (3) Months Training Program

The classes are run 2 days in a week, per day 3 hrs. Where students start their day at 9:30 AM to 12.30 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

The program combines theory sessions with immersive, hands-on practical training, where students actively engage in beverage preparation, mocktail crafting, presentation skills, and service techniques under the guidance of industry-experienced instructors.

All necessary equipment, premium ingredients, barista tools, and protective gear are provided. Students also receive Standard Recipe Cards, preparation guidelines, and service protocols for each session.

Admissions & Intakes:

New intakes are available every month. Please refer to the Program Calendar or contact the admissions office for upcoming batch dates and enrollment details.
