A Full-Time Intensive Three (3) Months Training Program
A Full-Time Intensive Three (3) Month Training Program.
The classes are run 3 days in a week, per day 5 hrs. Where students start their day at 9:30 AM to 2.30 PM
The program combines theory sessions with immersive, hands-on practical training, where students actively engage in pastry and bakery product preparation, presentation skills, and service techniques under the guidance of industry-experienced instructors.
All necessary equipment, premium ingredients, Pastry & Bakery tools, and protective equipment are provided. Students also receive Standard Recipe book, preparation guidelines, and service protocols for each session.
