Yes Institute Course Delivery
A Full-Time Intensive Three Month (3) Training Program
The classes are run 2 days in a week, per day 3 hrs. Where students start their day at 9:30 AM to 12.30 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Our institute is open 7 days a week.

Himel is a highly skilled chef with 6+ years of experience specializing in Japanese and multi-cuisine dishes. Adept in menu planning and preparation, food presentation and quality assurance. He loves training, so he is willing to train those who are interested in working in the culinary sector.
Abdullah Shahjalal

He has studied Diploma in Hotel Management in kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University in Malaysia. He has certified professional Barista, Coffee Roaster and Trainner. He worked in Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and UAE with 12 years experience in Food & beverage industry. He is passionate about coffee & beverages. He loves teaching people & share his knowledge.
Chef Mahbuba Tania

Mahbuba Tania culinary journey began at Yes Tourism & Hotel Management Institute, where she earned her certificate Course in Food & Beverage Production one year and Pastry & Bakery Three Months. Moreover, she has completed industrial attachment from InterContinental Dhaka by IHG. Her intense training made her fall in love with baking and pastry, especially baking & Pastry decorating. As an Assistant Faculty, she works closely with students and chefs, maintaining an open mind about learning.
