Yes Institute Course Delivery
This Certificate Course in Pastry & Bakery is delivered as an intensive one-month professional training program, designed to provide fast-track, skill-focused learning in a real-world café simulation environment.
A Full-Time Intensive Six (6) Month Training Program
The classes are run 2 days in a week, per day 3 hrs. Where students start their day at 9:30 AM to 12.30 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
The classes are run 3 days in a week, per day 5 hrs. Where students start their day at 9:30 AM to 02.30 PM

Mahbuba Tania culinary journey began at Yes Tourism & Hotel Management Institute, where she earned her certificate Course in Food & Beverage Production one year and Pastry & Bakery Three Months. Moreover, she has completed industrial attachment from InterContinental Dhaka by IHG. Her intense training made her fall in love with baking and pastry, especially baking & Pastry decorating. As an Assistant Faculty, she works closely with students and chefs, maintaining an open mind about learning.
